By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.

By connecting your wallet and using Hoodbet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Hoodbet is a cryptocurrency-based gaming platform. All bets are placed using cryptocurrency tokens. The platform operates with an internal casino wallet system - deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported blockchain networks.

Hoodbet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses incurred through the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses from gambling activities
• Losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Losses from wallet connection issues or blockchain network failures
• Losses from unauthorized access to your wallet or account

The flip is 50/50. A win pays 1.95x your stake: the 5% fee comes out of the winnings. Nothing extra is taken on a loss. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept this fee structure.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling activity. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek professional help.

Self-exclusion: if you want to stop, tell us in the site chat or through any channel you reach us on, and we exclude your wallet from betting. An excluded wallet can still withdraw its balance. The exclusion is lifted only at your own request, and never sooner than seven days after it was set.

Affiliates earn 1% of the volume wagered by their referred users, on every bet. $HOODBET airdrops are awarded on the 1st and 16th of every month based on USD equivalent bet volume: 1 $HOODBET per $1 wagered personally, and 0.5 $HOODBET per $1 wagered by the players you referred. The airdrop program ends after 5,000,000 $HOODBET have been distributed.

Users from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Hoodbet. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with your local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotional programs, or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
